    Head of Sales Operations

Frutta SmartSeller — Implementation & Adoption

Business requirements, commercial process alignment and vendor coordination for Frutta Foods’ SmartSeller implementation, followed by rollout, training and adoption support.

    Project details

A purpose-built internal sales application for distributor, rep and outlet operations. The work connected commercial requirements with implementation, rollout and ongoing use.

    The business challenge

Customer records, field activity and sales transactions were spread across separate tools. Frutta needed a shared platform that reflected its route structure, pricing rules and reporting needs.

    My contribution

I owned the business requirements and commercial process alignment: how sales, customer visits, outlet coverage and performance should be captured and reviewed. I coordinated the vendor implementation, rollout, onboarding, training, issue resolution and adoption follow-up with sales leaders.

Autobridge handled software development. My role connected commercial processes and product requirements with the implementation team.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Business requirements aligned with sales operations and reporting.
    • Vendor coordination, user onboarding and training.
    • Issue resolution, rollout support and follow-up on daily recording discipline.

Frutta dashboard overview with reporting filters and regional summary

    Sales operations & reporting

    Frutta Secondary Sales Dashboard

The sales team operated without visibility into SKU-level performance. Decisions were made on gut feel, not data — leading to stockouts on high-demand products and overstocking on slow movers.

    Project details

A central sales-reporting view for understanding SKU performance, field activity and territory results in an FMCG operation.

    The business challenge

Manual reports arrived in inconsistent formats. Management needed a clearer view of products, reps and regions rather than relying on disconnected summaries or gut feel.

    My contribution

I mapped the sales data pipeline from field reports to management decisions. I focused on data structure and accessibility, designed a normalised data model and defined business KPIs including MTD revenue, cases sold, outlet coverage and rep compliance.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Centralised SKU-level reporting.
    • Rep-performance tracking and territory comparisons.
    • Regional achievement breakdowns and ASM-level filtering.
    • Performance views that identify top and bottom performers.

    Reporting outcome

The dashboard brings product, field and territory reporting into a shared management view. Figures visible in the approved capture describe its reporting period; they are not revenue attributed to my work.

    Project Manager

Girl Power Foundation — Website & Digital Presence

The Girl Power Foundation Nigeria had no digital presence to amplify their mission of empowering women and girls — limiting their reach, donor engagement, and volunteer recruitment.

    Project details

A website and digital-presence project for a foundation focused on women’s empowerment and girl-child development.

    The objective

The foundation needed a professional place to explain its mission, present programmes and make it easier for donors, volunteers and potential partners to engage. Informal communication alone did not give those audiences a reliable reference point.

    My contribution

I led the project from requirements gathering with the founding team through information architecture, content strategy, vendor coordination and launch. The focus was on communicating the mission clearly and making participation easy to understand.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Programme showcases and a clear presentation of the foundation’s mission.
    • Donation and volunteer sign-up paths.
    • Team profiles and an events section.
    • Project planning, content coordination and QA before launch.

    Project outcome

The delivered website gave the foundation a digital identity and a place to present its programmes, donation paths and volunteer participation routes.

    Project Manager / CRM–SFA Analyst

    Tolaram SFA

Earlier SFA experience in the Multipro/Tolaram organisational context.

    Project details

Earlier field-sales automation experience in the Multipro/Tolaram organisational context, focused on making field activity and sales reporting easier to coordinate.

    The operational objective

The original project centred on disconnected reports across brands and regions. Route adherence, outlet visits and rep productivity needed a clearer operational view than end-of-week summaries could provide.

    My contribution in this context

My earlier CRM/SFA role covered deployment, adoption, training and change management across sales territories. It also included tracking structures for customer visits, route compliance, outlet coverage and field productivity.

    Main areas of work

    • Sales-force automation rollout and adoption.
    • Customer-visit, route-compliance and outlet-coverage tracking structures.
    • Training and change management for field operations.
    • Connecting field reporting with operational review.

    Platform and working methods

    • Sales force automation
    • Route planning and outlet mapping

    Operations & project delivery

SAP Projects — ReadWrite Data Solutions

SAP project work at ReadWrite Data Solutions through operations and project delivery.

    Project details

SAP work at ReadWrite Data Solutions, including a Business One ERP engagement focused on connecting inventory, procurement, finance and reporting workflows.

    The business challenge

Inventory, procurement, financials and reporting were managed across disconnected tools. Finance, warehouse and operations teams worked from different data sources, with duplicated spreadsheet work and manual reconciliation.

    My contribution

I led the SAP Business One implementation and ongoing management via Cloudiax, covering data migration, user onboarding, process design and reporting configuration. I worked to align the environment with actual business workflows, using HANA Studio, Crystal Reports and DTW for data imports.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Inventory-management and procurement workflows.
    • Financial reporting and user-access management.
    • Data imports, migration and user onboarding.
    • Ongoing environment management across Floating Panel, Crystal Report, DTW and Company Share modules.

    Operational outcome

    SFA implementation & management

    Mplify SFA

Field-sales automation for rep visits, activity and performance reporting.

    Project details

A field-sales automation project for structuring rep visits, customer activity and performance reporting.

    The business challenge

Manual check-ins and incomplete or late end-of-day reports made it difficult to verify visits, monitor compliance or connect field activity with sales performance. The project needed a more structured way to record and review day-to-day field work.

    My contribution

I implemented and managed the Mplify SFA platform. I defined KPIs for visit compliance, clock-in tracking and activity monitoring, and built dashboards connecting field data to sales outcomes across activities, visits, rep performance and target tracking.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Daily customer-activity and visit-completion tracking.
    • Clock-in verification and rep-performance scoring.
    • A reps locator and customer tracking.
    • Dashboards for activities, visits, performance and targets.

    Operational outcome

The platform provided a structured view of field activity, visit completion and sales performance for operational review.

    Project Manager

    HelpApp Africa

Technology project experience with HelpApp Africa.

    Project details

A technology-platform project connecting people who need everyday services with professional service providers.

    The objective

The project addressed a fragmented service-provider market, where people relied on word-of-mouth and informal contacts. The platform aimed to make finding, verifying and booking service providers more structured and easier to use.

    My contribution

I coordinated the technical, marketing, operations and support workstreams and testing. My project-management work connected those teams around delivery workflows and platform readiness; it is distinct from personally developing the software.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Coordination across technical, marketing, operations and support teams.
    • Testing coordination and follow-through across workstreams.
    • Delivery workflows connecting platform work with operational readiness.

    Platform context

The public HelpApp Africa website presents service discovery, service-provider verification and booking. The approved homepage capture and live site show the platform’s public-facing experience.

    Project Manager

    Munch It Brand Activation

On-ground brand activation, documented in the original event video.

    Project details

An on-ground FMCG brand activation bringing together consumer engagement, sampling, brand visibility and coordinated event operations.

    The delivery challenge

Vendors, brand ambassadors, logistics, branded assets and venue operations needed to work to a shared plan under tight timelines. Clear coordination mattered to avoid delays and inconsistent delivery at consumer touchpoints.

    My contribution

As Project Manager, I worked on planning and on-ground execution: run-of-show planning, supplier and brand-ambassador coordination, logistics and activation KPI tracking. The work connected preparation with the practical needs of the activation team on the day.

    Main activities and deliverables

    • Run-of-show and operational planning.
    • Vendor and brand-ambassador coordination.
    • Branded-asset and on-ground logistics coordination.
    • Activation KPI tracking and event reporting.

    Project media

The approved event video documents the activation. It is provided as project media, not as proof of quantified sales or consumer-engagement impact.

    Working methods

    • Run-of-show planning
    • Vendor management
    • Brand-ambassador coordination
