Head of Sales Operations
Frutta SmartSeller — Implementation & Adoption
Business requirements, commercial process alignment and vendor coordination for Frutta Foods’ SmartSeller implementation, followed by rollout, training and adoption support.
Project details
A purpose-built internal sales application for distributor, rep and outlet operations. The work connected commercial requirements with implementation, rollout and ongoing use.
The business challenge
Customer records, field activity and sales transactions were spread across separate tools. Frutta needed a shared platform that reflected its route structure, pricing rules and reporting needs.
My contribution
I owned the business requirements and commercial process alignment: how sales, customer visits, outlet coverage and performance should be captured and reviewed. I coordinated the vendor implementation, rollout, onboarding, training, issue resolution and adoption follow-up with sales leaders.
Autobridge handled software development. My role connected commercial processes and product requirements with the implementation team.
Main activities and deliverables
- Business requirements aligned with sales operations and reporting.
- Vendor coordination, user onboarding and training.
- Issue resolution, rollout support and follow-up on daily recording discipline.
Platform and working methods
- SmartSeller CRM/SFA
- Business requirements and commercial process alignment
- Stakeholder coordination, training and adoption follow-up

Frutta Secondary Sales Dashboard
The sales team operated without visibility into SKU-level performance. Decisions were made on gut feel, not data — leading to stockouts on high-demand products and overstocking on slow movers.
Project details
A central sales-reporting view for understanding SKU performance, field activity and territory results in an FMCG operation.
The business challenge
Manual reports arrived in inconsistent formats. Management needed a clearer view of products, reps and regions rather than relying on disconnected summaries or gut feel.
My contribution
I mapped the sales data pipeline from field reports to management decisions. I focused on data structure and accessibility, designed a normalised data model and defined business KPIs including MTD revenue, cases sold, outlet coverage and rep compliance.
Main activities and deliverables
- Centralised SKU-level reporting.
- Rep-performance tracking and territory comparisons.
- Regional achievement breakdowns and ASM-level filtering.
- Performance views that identify top and bottom performers.
Reporting outcome
The dashboard brings product, field and territory reporting into a shared management view. Figures visible in the approved capture describe its reporting period; they are not revenue attributed to my work.

Project Manager
Girl Power Foundation — Website & Digital Presence
The Girl Power Foundation Nigeria had no digital presence to amplify their mission of empowering women and girls — limiting their reach, donor engagement, and volunteer recruitment.
Project details
A website and digital-presence project for a foundation focused on women’s empowerment and girl-child development.
The objective
The foundation needed a professional place to explain its mission, present programmes and make it easier for donors, volunteers and potential partners to engage. Informal communication alone did not give those audiences a reliable reference point.
My contribution
I led the project from requirements gathering with the founding team through information architecture, content strategy, vendor coordination and launch. The focus was on communicating the mission clearly and making participation easy to understand.
Main activities and deliverables
- Programme showcases and a clear presentation of the foundation’s mission.
- Donation and volunteer sign-up paths.
- Team profiles and an events section.
- Project planning, content coordination and QA before launch.
Project outcome
The delivered website gave the foundation a digital identity and a place to present its programmes, donation paths and volunteer participation routes.

How I work
See · Plan · Do · Review
Pick a stage to see what it means in practice.
01See
When I take on a project, I see the messy, complicated parts clearly — and I know exactly how to turn them into something that works.
02Plan
I plan, coordinate, and oversee projects end-to-end — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
03Do
I create structured workflows that reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, and increase operational efficiency.
04Review
I leverage tools like Asana, Zapier, SAP, and Power BI to automate repetitive tasks, track performance, and make teams more productive.
